As a child, my life was based on watch cartoon series.
Whenever I came home from school, the first thing I did was turn on the TV, I
didn't even change my uniform to house clothes.
If I start remembering, the first animations that came
to my mind are “Courage the Cowardly Dog”, “Yin Yang Yo” and “Chowder”. The more I try to remember, there are many series
that are slowly coming to my memory.
I remember that I also watched “The Fairly OddParents”, “The grim adventures of Billy & Mandy”, “Mucha Lucha”… I could go on with the list!
When Telmex still existed, I remember that I always
watched the Jetix channel, where many animations were broadcast, including
Pucca. Of the latter, I still remember the opening.
After my first nephew was born, I also watched
children's series like “The Backyardigans”, which was
on Discovery Kids.
My childhood was watching "monos", since,
living in the countryside I had no friends to play with, so I watched TV.
Now, at almost 20 years old, I've watched a lot of old
and new Japanese animation, the kind my older siblings used to watch when they
were young and the kind my best friend recommends me. Of all of them, the ones
I've liked the most are Ranma ½, Dragon Ball, Hunter x Hunter and several more... I
know, I'm a hesitant hahaha.
This work made me recall so many series I watched in
my childhood and now I want to enjoy them again.
